This kiln works full automatically, together with the burning curve the speed of automatic transport of the cars is chosen, in the kiln and on the way back.
The use of tongue and groove bricks and specially developed „anchor“ bricks guarantee an extremely durable kiln lining. In the first layer of the kiln interior, lighweight corundum bricks are used. The additional stainless steel paneling has a surface temperature of max. 20 K above the ambient temperature.
The kiln, kiln car and setting geometry have been defined to ensure optimum temperature balance in the shortest firing cycles. The burners arranged underneath and above the settings are combined to form temperature control groups. The temperature control of each and every control group guarantees temperature balance despite any variations in the setting weight.
The firing cars are automatically and fluently transported through the kiln. The ware would then be loaded and unloaded on their way back. The kiln is operated continuously, a dryer can be installed directly upstream of the kiln and the waste heat form kiln utilized.
